Baking and Pastry Arts a plus
Knowledge of current Baking and Pastry Trends
2-4 years proven experience in a similar operation or equivalent education and experience
Strong organizational skills
Availability to work weekends required
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
